While walking to the University of Pennsylvania I noticed this ad in a storefront on Walnut Street between 21st and 22nd. I’m fairly certain it would not pass code in Salt Lake (where I’m currently living).
The ad has since been removed.

I think that you are probably right but it’s funny as heck. not to mention brazen.
From my 13-14 years spent in Utah, I formed the opinion that a lot of folks really needed to grow a sense of humor….
Too funny!
I’d venture to say you correct Rona! Only in Philly, or maybe NYC could you get away with that!
I love it!
Quintessentially Philly…too funny!
I love it…and no, I don’t think “they” would like it here!
Pretty creative ad!
OK so now you made me laugh out loud. Hysterical.
This is awesome! I love funny signs. Thanks Steph
so wildly inappropriate while still super funny.
I’m an embarrassed Philadelphian.
Well, it gets attention…
I had to read it twice. Funny, but people in Georgia would have a spell too. But I thought it was funny…
That’s persuasive advertising at its (controversial) best! It had to be an incredibly bold person to put it up in the first place
.
Aha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha! That is an awesome ad. I probably wouldn’t do so well in Vancouver either but I find that most people just need to find a sense of humour. That was a great find!
LOL! Yes, very persuasive advertising, indeed!
That’s really funny!!
Funny even though its crude
Think you should submit to http://textoftheday.blogspot.co.uk/
The logic suggests it could be someone else’s hair? now that’s truly bizarre …
I guess ‘yours’ is to be read as referencing hair color rather than the hair itself. lol
I like the sense of humor!

Humorous advertising in Philadelphia – from ronablackphotography.
Believe me it would fly where I live……San Francisco. (Love your blog by the way)
Much appreciated Lanier.
That’s really funny
