Lunch with goat at Chamounix Equestrian Center in Philadelphia’s Fairmount Park.
What a great shot!
Goats are so naughty!
I really like the one black sock. Also the leaf in the mouth.
What a fun shot! That goat has some personality!
Great capture Rona! He’s a cutie.
He is precious
That goat has a lot of character.
Great shot of the goat! As my dad says: Goat will climb on anything!
Thanks Kathy — I think your dad’s right.
Love this goat ! So much personality.
They say goats eat tin can – Watch your camera. That’s just a old wives tale. They eat the paper off the cans. Good shot, he’s the same color as my dog.
She (I think) completely ignored me as she continued to eat twigs as well as leaves.
Just took a look at another shot I took when I was much closer; you’re right Jim, it’s definitely male.
I grew up around them . They can get mean. Becareful
Now that’s a fun looking goat.
Love it, love it, love it! When I first looked I was so surprised to see a goat. And as I looked closer I saw that this beautiful black and white animal was sitting on a picnic table; and was also nibbling on a leaf! What a great picture. You have his tongue and teeth so vivid! Thank you for this fun photo!
You are welcome Judy. And thanks for your kind words.
Perfect sense of autumn. Thanks for the image.
Thanks very much Lynn.
Great shot! This goat doesn’t spook me at all( some people don’t like goats).
Happy Sunday to ya.
Thanks Barbara. Have a great rest of the weekend.
Cute….goats are cool!
I’m not sure if I can express how much I love this photo. I LOVE goats! So sassy! Actually, quick story which will make you laugh. When I was young (3ish)…my parents took me to a petting zoo. Well…someone…..(My Mother) thought it’d be a good idea to put a packet of crackers in my back pocket. Yeah, you can imagine what happened next. I had goats nipping at my rear end….I screamed, I cried…my mom laughed (still to this day about the whole thing)…. Combine that with a very large Sheep BAHHHHHING in my face at the state fair and I was traumatized for years. I’ve only recently made peace with this animals. I often have to refer to this for a laugh: http://www.jennifer-childs.com/Things/Things/14188699_JJSqF3#!i=1065249674&k=4mQ5k8p
Interesting subject there! Cute photo – love the three white legs and one black leg and foot. Great phot.
I forgot to mention the goat’s mouth … great catch on that! We have some goats in the neighborhood. Always enjoy seeing them. Always feel like I need to stop and get their horned heads out of the fencing but they manage. Anyway, you got another great pose captured! Thanks.
Such short legs.
